Hi, I'm... well I guess you read my name above... it's Kyle.
As you could probably tell this is a review of the Body Bot, which is kind of like a robot that tells you what to do - ie, "do this, do that, burn fat".
...or so it seems.
Before we get into the actual review let me tell you my story with this.
I first stumbled upon the BodyBot a couple of months ago, I was browsing through one of the popular fat loss and exercise forums, and someone mentioned it in a thread.
I was expecting something great, you know like some honest program that could legitimately and realistically shed you a couple of pounds... which was MUCH needed for 'someone like me'.
So I got to the site... and "bummer" I thought... "the same thing AGAIN!!".
Yet ANOTHER site promising to make me shed a gazzillion pounds in a week...
... no wait, worse than that - FOUR MINUTES!?
Can you believe that? Who the heck are they trying to kid here?
Those were my initial thoughts, and just looking at the site made me sick, and lowered my respect for the entire "fat loss" industry, which I had come to realize was only set out to make you fatter, so you'll keep buying their stuff. Money makes the world go 'round, right?
So I just 'moved on' with my life, trying to eat healthier and exercise every day like I always did... my problem at the time was that the exercising was so BORING and that made me 'do it later' - all the time, if you know what I mean.
I was sick of that belly, dude you have no idea... I could hardly see my toes!
...and that's when I got an email from an old friend (let's call him Mark), who by the way was really heavy the last time I met him.
He was basically just saying Hi and wondering what I was up to, and things like that.
In the signature of his email, you know the signature that you can choose to get attached automatically on the bottom of every email?
Well he had one of those, so I thought "Cool, let's check out what he's doing there then" and I realized that I had completely lost touch with someone who used to be one of my best friends, so I figured he deserved some feedback on his website in the least.
So when I clicked the link it brought be to his blog, and clicking over to his "about me" page...
... I was in shock.
The guy was unbelievably fit! He was almost double my size the last time I had seen him, so it was like - Madness!
I had to know his secret.
I emailed him back at once and asked him about it.
"Hey man! --- WHAT the F*CK happened to you?! I was over at your blog and I saw your picture there... you've lost soo much weight! What's your secret man?! I gotta know! :D

He got back to me the next day, and he told me, just like that... and by the way - What are the odds?!
"Ohh so you've gained a couple of pounds since last time eh? Haha.
Well, my secret? Dude, there's no secret at all... Just a little bit of healthy eating... eat your veggies, you know?
And oh, I tried that BodyBot system too, I use it every day now and it works great! I love that thing...

Holy crap... my reply:
"Duuude, are you kidding me? Does that Bodybot crap actually WORK?! I thought it was like every other system - err I mean scam on the planet... what's up with that?

As Mark was, and still is, a busy man, he didn't get back to me for a few days, but then he got back to me with this:
"Hahaha, yeah that's what I thought too at first, but dude, seriously do you remember how fat I was back then? You have no idea how desperate I was!
I had some money, so I bought into pretty much everything out there, but BodyBot is actually one of the few programs that really stuck with me to this day, most of the programs out there are just pure junk.
Honestly it was actually one of the last products I bought, I couldn't really afford it... but what made me get it in the end, other than sheer desperation, was the fact that they had that money back guarantee, so I knew I could get it back if I wasn't satisfied, and working in "the business" I could easily sue them or something like that if they refused, so it wasn't that big of a deal really.
I didn't have to refund it though.
But sure it's not a scam dude, go for it.

My first thought was - "Bodybot has a money back guarantee??".
Not all that common nowadays, as people are just looking for your money anyway.
As you might imagine, after Mark's words, I rushed over to the Bodybot website, credit card in hand... prepared to buy my last fitness product. Ironically, something that promised to burn off fat from my tummy in four minutes.
I still couldn't believe it, but I was just getting it because of Mark, who is someone worth trusting in my eyes.
When I got to "the machine" itself, I was surprised over how simple this was.
Still having minor doubts about whether this would work or not, because I found it hard to believe that something that takes four minutes could actually bring any worthwile results... heck after all the scams I had bought in to I found everything hard to believe...
Have you realized why I am writing this letter to you today?
The reason is because of the great favor Mark did to me, and I would like to pass that along to anyone and everyone that needs that help, OK?

I'm 200 lbs. Seriously... I'm not even comfortable talking about how much I weighed before...

Bodybot. That's my "secret".
It almost feels like the title of the website... that the fat cells "self destruct".

And now, on to "the meat of the matter"... the product review, that is.
The Robot
It works just like he shows in the video actually. In my initial skepticism I actually thought that was fake, but then I figured I was just being silly... anyway...
It's a simple type of machine, you just select what part of your body you want to work out, upper body, lower body, abs and so on, you just pick some exercises and drag them over to a timeline type thing...
And off you go!
It's that simple, it just makes a workout for you, and it will take you about four minutes to complete.
Making the exercise just takes a moment, a minute at most, so if you can save an extra 5 minutes every day, you can lose weight quite easily even if you're on a busy schedule like Mark.
Personally I got the ridiculously cheap upgraded membership, and I actually ended up using that more, because, you know... I'm lazy and there's no thinking involved...
Funny thing... when I got to the order page I was like "What, wasn't this going to cost me a few thousand dollars?!".
Hah, I actually expected this to run me a small fortune, but whoa dude.
